Kristen Kohnstamm

Kristen brings with her valuable real estate industry knowledge and experience. Prior to relocating from the East Coast, she worked for subsidiaries of Dow Jones and Thomson Financial in commercial real estate technology and publishing. Leading teams in sales, marketing, research and product development, Kristen developed a national commercial MLS system and published regional real estate directories.

After settling in Dunthorpe in 2000, Kristen focused her energy on raising her two children, while serving as Treasurer, then as President of Riverdale Grade School's active Parent Teacher Club. She currently serves as Vice-Chair on Riverdale’s School Board. From 2001 - 2006 she served as Chair for the annual fundraising gala for Multnomah County Library's nationally renowned Children's Summer Reading Program.

After owning and renovating four homes with her husband, re-entering the real estate profession in 2004 was a natural for Kristen.  With her extensive real estate background, she caters to the needs of both buyer and seller as part of a full-service real estate team, Dunthorpe Properties.

 Laura Martin

Laura Martin brings with her a broad expertise in accounting and its relationship to real estate. Following her education at the University of Colorado in Boulder, she worked for the public accounting firm of Ernst & Young, followed by a position as Senior Account Manager for Kenneth Levanthal, a public accounting firm specializing in the real estate industry. Subsequently, she served as Controller of Melody Homes and the Colorado Division of Kaufman and Broad.

Following the birth of her daughter in 1997, Laura began focusing on raising her family while volunteering and engaging in non-profit activities. In San Francisco, Laura served on the Advisory Board and as Director of Operations of Support for Families of Children with Disabilities. Since moving to Dunthorpe in 2002, she has served as the President-Elect and President of Riverdale Grade School's active Parent Teacher Club. Having owned five homes in four cities with her husband, Laura is passionate about streamlining the process for her clients. With her extensive experience in real estate finance, Laura’s background suits both buyer and seller as part of the full-service real estate team, Dunthorpe Properties.
